Design award for Queensland apartment
One of the principal partners in Philippine Land Marketing and Development
Corporation has won a major award in Australia.
Their latest project, Rosewood Apartments in Southport, has won the
Queensland Building Design Award for 2007 in the High Density and
Multi-residential Category.
As a result, Rosewoods Apartments is now a contender for the Australian
National Building Design Awards.

Nasugbu designated Special Tourism Zone
Philippine President Gloria Arroyo has issued an Executive Order (No. 647
dated August 3, 2007) creating a Nasugbu Special Tourism Zone, covering a
region that includes Maya-Maya.
This pledges government priority for planning and undertaking support
projects and programs to preserve the Nasugbu and Maya-Maya area’s
development and attractiveness as a tourist destination.

One Maya-Maya Heights taking shape
Construction has started on One Maya-Maya Heights, with the base foundation
now in place on the 550 sq.m. lot and a three-level house under
construction.
The house is designed across three levels encompassing three bedrooms all
with en suite bathrooms, kitchen, living and entertainment area, plus the
lower-level staff quarters and utilities.
These open out to a waterfall leading on to a swimming pool and large
outdoor patio area, all overlooking landscaped gardens and pathways.
One Maya-Maya Heights is for sale for 15 million pesos.
